Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces

Many NOUS pieces are created specifically for each client.

By placing a custom or made-to-order request, you understand that your jewelry is created based on your selected:

• Personal design preferences

Once production begins, custom pieces cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.

We carefully confirm important design details before creating your piece.

Orders & Payment

Orders begin processing once payment has been successfully completed.

We make every effort to display jewelry colors, proportions, and details accurately.

However, appearance may vary depending on screen settings, lighting, photography, and natural differences between diamonds.

Shipping

Shipping timelines depend on product availability, production time, and destination.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery delays caused by the carrier are outside of our control.

Returns & Refunds

Custom, personalized, and made-to-order jewelry is final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Eligible ready-to-ship items may qualify for returns according to our Return & Refund Policy.
