At NOUS, every piece is created with intention, care, and attention to detail.

Because many of our pieces are custom-made or created specifically for you, our return policy is designed to protect the personal nature of each design.

Custom & Made-to-Order Jewelry

All custom, personalized, and made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

This includes:

• Custom engagement rings
• Made-to-order diamond jewelry
• Personalized designs
• Custom sizes, metals, diamond selections, or design modifications

Each custom NOUS piece is created specifically based on your choices and preferences.

Before production begins, we carefully review your design details to ensure everything is exactly as requested.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once production has started, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Ready-to-Ship Jewelry

Eligible ready-to-ship pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:

• Unworn
• Unaltered
• In original condition
• Returned with original packaging and documentation

Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration cannot be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Your jewelry is carefully inspected before shipping.

If you receive an incorrect item or believe your piece arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review and assist you.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

Please allow processing time depending on your payment provider.

Shipping fees and any custom design fees are non-refundable.
