Processing Time

Each NOUS piece is carefully prepared before shipping.

Ready-to-ship pieces typically ship within 3–5 business days.

Custom and made-to-order jewelry, including engagement rings, may require additional production time depending on the design, diamond selection, and personalization details.

Your NOUS concierge will provide an estimated timeline during your design process.

We currently offer shipping within Canada and select international destinations.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
